We can provide data recovery services from servers,
desktop computers and laptop / notebook computers on all platforms
and running all operating systems including Windows and Macintosh
Computers (MacOS).
We operate a no-fix no-fee policy so if for
some reason our data recovery services are unsucceessful you will
not be charged. The only cost will be for shipping the damaged item
to us.
Our data recovery services are non-destructive,
no disk writes to the damaged media take place. Instead, an image
is created, and all recovered files are written to CD, floppy disk,
or back to the hard disk drive (where possible).
From custody of your data to diagnosis and despatch you will be
informed with a progress report. All situations are different and
require a unique methodology for a successful outcome, rest assured
though of prompt attention and concern for your important critical
data.

of the utmost confidentiality and commitment on our part. We operate
fingerprint bio technology, this keeps our security extremely high
as only authorised users can gain entry. We are an ISO 9001 registered

Whilst we endeavour to be 100% successfull with data recovery,
naturally there will be occassions where recovery of lost data is
impossible due to severe physical damage, in these situations you
will not be charged for our data recovery services.

it beyond recovery.

The first indicator of a failing HDD, is an increasing frequency
of drive-related computer failures, when your PC crashes, or locks
suddenly, sometimes you may receive drive error codes, even irregular
noises. Scandisk/defrag utility or any similar program may help
in the short term, however, if the media has bad sectors/blocks
, the problem will continue to grow!, quite literally, the damage
will get worse with time, ending with total data loss.
