For an accurate diagnosis of your media, it will need to be shipped to our workshop for diagnosis. To ensure no further damage to the media, please package it carefully.

• If possible, wrap the media in an anti-static material.
• Pack the media in a box twice the size of the media, using foam, bubble or any anti-shock/vibration material. This is to ensure that the media does not move around in the package during shipment.

By sending us your media for data retrieval you can be assured of the utmost confidentiality and commitment on our part. We operate fingerprint bio technology, this keeps our security extremely high as only authorised users can gain entry. We are an ISO 9001 registered firm and also registered with the Data Protection Act.

Whilst we endeavour to be 100% successfull with recovery, naturally there will be occassions where recovery of data is impossible due to severe physical damage.
